The reason for this is clear. Artists have always been the essential voice for their community and culture. They reflect and shape societies through their creative lens. They explore fundamental truths, challenge the status quo, brave controversy, and satirize the powerful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The IIE Artist Protection Fund is the only global program that provides fellowship funding, placement, mentoring, and inclusion in a comprehensive network of artistic and social support. The artists represent all disciplines including choreographers, composers, filmmakers, interdisciplinary artists, musicians, performance and theater artists, visual artists, and
