This joint CIEE and IIE research study features data from eight stakeholder organizations that facilitate internship experiences for study abroad students through their organization. It explores the professional outcomes of study abroad alumni who engaged in an internship while overseas and highlights the impact of the global internship experience on the alumni\u2019s reported development of 21<sup>st<\/sup>-century skills and the relevance in their careers today.
